What Are B.I. Views?
B.I. (Business Intelligence) Views are specialized data exports designed to provide pre-aggregated, ready-to-use data for business analysis and reporting. These views consolidate complex data queries into streamlined outputs that are easy to integrate with business intelligence tools and dashboards. B.I. Views are tailored to deliver insights that help organizations make informed decisions based on the data managed by the Brick API.
Why B.I. Views?
In the age of data-driven decision making, having quick and easy access to actionable insights is crucial. B.I. Views in the Brick API allow users to access critical business data without needing to manually query and process it themselves. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency and accuracy in the data being analyzed. By providing predefined views, the Brick API enables businesses to integrate data seamlessly into their reporting workflows, facilitating better decision-making and strategic planning.
The BI Views serve as a complement to the BI already provided inside our platform, there you can find executive level information such as user consumption, records and tag distributions
How do they work?
Through our standardized Reverse ETL pipelines we provide up-do-date information to a data sink of your choice. You can then connect this datasource to your preferred BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase...)
On a pre-defined schedule, we will update the sink datasource with the credentials provided. These schedules will depend on the view and on the type of export.
